Just so you guys know... Instead of putting a link to a video from youtube, break, or google, you can simply add the video into your post, and here's how you do it.

BREAK!
Step 1: You would click on embed, and copy the code, and paste it into a notepad document.
Step 2: Look through the code and find this part 'http://embed.break.com/someidhere', in this case from a video in ViSiOn's topic it would be this 'http://embed.break.com/Mzc5NTAw'
Step 3: Notice the Underlined part in that URL? You would put it like into your post:

Which Would Show this

Step 1: Say you want to add this video into your post 'http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=-2973546112398101643'
Step 2: Notice the underlined text in the URL (2973546112398101643) You would put this into your post:
Which would do this:
<embed style="width:400px; height:326px;" id="VideoPlayback" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=2973546112398101643&hl=en"> </embed>
